This program provides confidential guidance and support to leaders from a broad range of industries – from family businesses and SMEs through to multinationals.
Private Mentoring is conducted by an experienced former CEO and accredited Executive Coach, providing private counsel and a voice of experience, in the capacity of trusted confidante and sounding-board.
Confidential, customized leadership & strategy development, together with practical problem-solving, for optimum effectiveness, leadership and bottom-line results.
2. Small Business Program
This program has been designed specifically for hands-on owners and leaders of small businesses, providing practical tips, tools, insights and strategies.
Monthly private coaching & mentoring sessions are complemented by monthly group meetings with up to 15 other small business owners / leaders.
Group sessions focus on collaborative problem-solving of real-world issues, plus ‘Best Practice’ workshops delivered by subject-matter experts.

3. Chief Executive Program
This program is designed for Chief Executives and leaders with bottom-line P&L responsibility, who lead a management team.
